Can I set a lower fee for myself as the organiser?
Yes. When you create a game you choose what you pay for your own slot — full price, discounted, or free — while everyone else pays the fee you set for them.
Do players need the app?
No — players can join from a link in their browser without installing anything. If they already have SubOn, the same link opens the app.
How do I share games?
Create a game in the SubOn app, then share the invite link or QR code in your group chat. Players tap it and land on the join page straight away.
Can players join from their browser?
Yes. Players can confirm attendance and pay from the web join page on their phone — no download required.
How do the free games work?
Your first 10 organiser games are free for 90 days after you join. Unused free games lapse after that. Paid credits never expire.
How do credits work?
Each credit lets you create one game. Buy packs when you need them, or go unlimited with SubOn Pro while you are subscribed. You'll use a credit for any new game created after your Pro subscription ends, or for any game created more than 12 weeks ahead. Credits never expire.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page or the Stripe customer portal and you will keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
Can I create a whole season of games on Pro, then cancel?
SubOn Pro is unlimited while you are subscribed, not a stockpile of future fixtures. You can have up to 12 upcoming Pro games, scheduled up to 12 weeks ahead. Further ahead, or extra upcoming games beyond that cap, uses a credit. Games you have already created stay live if you cancel.
