Who we are

These terms are between you and SubOn Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17292576). SubOn Ltd operates the SubOn app and website at www.subonapp.com.

Using SubOn

SubOn helps organisers create pickup football games, invite players, track attendance, and manage payment status. Players can join via a shared link or QR code on the web or in the mobile app.

You must provide accurate information (such as your name when joining a game) and use the service lawfully. Organisers are responsible for running their games safely and handling any refunds with players directly.

Accounts and access

Organisers typically use the SubOn mobile app with an email-backed account. Web sign-in is available for purchasing SubOn Pro or credit packs and managing your billing on the web.

Players joining on the web may use a temporary anonymous session without creating a full account. Clearing browser data may start a new session; ask the organiser to resend the link if you lose access.

You can delete a full account at any time from the SubOn app (Profile → Settings → Profile Details → More → Delete account) or the web account page. That removes your login and games you organised.

Payments and plans

SubOn Pro subscriptions and credit packs purchased on the web are billed through Stripe. Mobile purchases are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play via in-app purchase. Entitlements sync to your SubOn account when you sign in with the same email.

SubOn Pro includes unlimited game creation while your subscription is active, for up to 12 upcoming games scheduled within 12 weeks. Games further ahead, or extra upcoming games beyond that cap, use a game credit. Games you have already created stay available if you cancel; Pro access itself lasts until the end of the current billing period.

New organisers receive 10 free games, available for 90 days after the account is created. Unused free games then lapse. Paid credit packs do not expire. Games you have already created stay available.

Game fees between players and organisers are paid by bank transfer unless a game is free. SubOn does not hold player funds or guarantee that an organiser has received payment.

Availability and changes

We may update SubOn, including these terms, as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
