What SubOn does
Create a game
Set the pitch, date, squad size, and the fee everyone pays — including what you pay for your own slot. The game is ready to share in a minute, not after another round of messages.
Share one link
Players open the invite in a browser or in the SubOn app. They put their name down without installing anything first, and the same link works in the group chat you already use.
Track who’s in and who’s paid
Attendance and payment status sit on the game before kick-off. You can see who still owes the organiser instead of scrolling back through the chat.
What makes SubOn different
Players do not need the app
A player can join from the link on their phone. If they already have SubOn, that same link opens the app. The squad is not blocked on everyone installing something new.
You set what you pay
When you create a game you choose your own slot: full price, a discount, or free. Everyone else pays the fee you set for them.
Match fees stay with the organiser
Players pay the organiser by bank transfer. SubOn records who has joined and who has marked paid. We do not take a cut of the match fee.
Start free, then credits or Pro
Your first 10 organiser games are free for 90 days. After that, one credit creates one game, or SubOn Pro is £4.99 a month while you are subscribed.
Pro is month to month
Cancel SubOn Pro from your account and you keep access until the end of the billing period. Credits you have already bought do not expire. Games you have already created stay live if you cancel.

How SubOn works
Create the game
You set the pitch, kick-off, and fees in the SubOn app. New organisers start with free games before they need credits or Pro.
Share the link
Send the invite or QR code to the group. Players join on the web or in the app, then pay the organiser directly.
Check the list before kick-off
The game shows who is in and who has paid. Support, if you need it, is by email — there is no account manager and no onboarding call.
